Help us give Nettlebed’s signs a spring clean!
Nettlebed Parish Council now has some simple sign-cleaning equipment available, and we’re looking for a few volunteers to help freshen up the village.

The kit includes a long-handled brush (with both a cloth head and a brush head) plus a backpack water carrier to make the job easier.
We can clean signs on 30mph unclassified roads, including:
Highway signs eg. speed limit signs and warning signs
Village signs eg. Village Hall (directional sign) and street name signs
We’re hoping to find a few volunteers so we can get his done in the next couple of weeks (the equipment needs to be passed on to a neighbouring village). It’s a flexible job – you can do your bit at a time that suits you.
