TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984

Notice is hereby given that Oxfordshire County Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, intends to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order as detailed
below:

Nature of Restriction: Road Closure

Location: Watlington Street, Nettlebed, Henley-On-Thames, Oxfordshire. From the junction with High Street to outside the property known as Marazion.

Description of Works: Essential Patching Works being carried out by MGroup Highways.

Duration: Starting on 27/10/2026 19:00

The anticipated completion date is 29/10/2026 05:30 (inclusive)

Works will be carried out between the hours of 19:00 and 05:30

(Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders have a maximum duration of 18 months, or 6 months for footpaths,
bridleways, cycle tracks and byways that are open to all traffic).

Access: Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for properties within the closed
section of road where reasonably practicable.

Suggested Alternative Route: Diversion via Watlington Street, Priest Hill, Park Corner, Road Running
Through Cookley Green, Red Lane, Section Of B480 Known As Patemore Lane, Section Of B480
Running Through Pishill, Road Running Through Stonor, Section Of B480 Through Middle
Assendon, Section Of B480 Through Lower Assendon, Fairmile, Section Of A4130 Running Between
Bix And Lower Assendon, Section Of A4130 Through Nettlebed Woods and vice versa.
