Revised TTRO (T16771/MR) Temporary Road Closure – Watlington, Brook Street – 19th-22nd February
A request has been received from network Plus for a temporary road closure to apply to a length of Brook Street, whilst essential new water connection works are carried out. The temporary restriction will operation from 19 February up to and including 22 February.

TEMPORARILY PROHIBITS THE USE OF THE HIGHWAY BY ALL MOTOR VEHICLES
LOCATION: Watlington, 40 Brook Street, OX49 5JH
REASON: New water connection work
DURATION: Starting on 19 February 2026
The anticipated completion date is 22 February 2026 (full closure 24hrs each day)
(Traffic Regulation Notices cover a maximum of 5 consecutive days.)
ACCESS: Limited access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for frontages within the closed section of road, subject to the progress of the works
SUGGESTED ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: The alternative route for traffic is via a combination of A4130 – A4074 – Oxford Road and vice-versa.
